# Notion

Notion by its definition is "a single space where you can think, write, and plan. Capture thoughts, manage projects, or even run an entire company." It is a very user friendly tool that allows to work collaboratively, create and share notes, manage tasks, and organize data. Notion is designed to replace multiple work tools with a single unified program. ### Features

Notion has a lot of different features. Some of these features are:

* **Notes & Docs**

> Notion allows users to write and organize notes and documents in one place. User can also use the text editor which can edit images, code snippets, bookmarks, and more.

* **Knowledge Base**

> Teams and organizations can store and access all their documents. These spaces can be public or private.

* **Tasks & Projects**

> Notion has kanban board views, list views, calendar views, and gallery view. These features are very useful to track progress and workflows.

* **Real Time Collaboration**

> Users can work on the same document collectively. Each users edit will be visible to the all users at the same time. Notion also supports leaving comments on documents.

* **Integrations**

> Notion supports integration to various applications like Google Calendar, Google Maps, Figma, Invision, and more.

* **Notion AI**

> Notion AI can help users to write faster and better. It can generate summaries and insights, rewrite docs, and help users to brainstorm new ideas.
