# Installation

### Downloading the Framework

To start working with the Open Source NFT & Wallet Auth Framework for Cardano, you need to download the source code from the GitHub repository. This section will guide you through the process of cloning the repository using Git, a distributed version control system.

#### Prerequisites

Before you can clone the repository, you must have Git installed on your machine. If you do not have Git installed, you can download and install it from [Git's official website](https://git-scm.com/).

#### Cloning the Repository

1. Open a terminal or command prompt on your machine.
2. Navigate to the directory where you want to store the project.
3. Run the following command to clone the repository:

```bash
git clone https://github.com/littlefish-foundation/boilerplate-e.git
```

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://tools.littlefish.foundation/littlefish-research-hub/littlefish-open-source/open-source-nft-and-wallet-auth-framework-for-cardano/installation.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
